From the Files of Marguerite Cook Clark: Is this Napoleon Bonaparte Cook?

This is one of those tintypes I scanned, but never thought it would be identified. When looking at yesterday's post of the Cook/Porter family, I recognized Napoleon Bonaparte Cook as a possible match to this tintype. Same nose, hairline, high forehead, and similar facial hair.

What do you think?

  1. Diana, It looks like the same man to me. I wish I could see his ears better in the new tintype.

    1. Barbara, I think it is the same man as well. I've enlarged it and still couldn't see his ears. Thank you for reading my blog!
