Friday's Photo: Charles Lavelle Davis Jr.

Charles Lavelle Davis Jr.

Source: Lavelle Davis, photograph, abt. 1943; scanned image, from the privately held photo collection of the Frye Family, San Francisco, 2019.

This photograph, found in the Frye family collection, appears to be Charles Lavelle Davis Jr. Inside the folder "Lavelle Davis" is written along the side. Charles Lavelle Davis' obituary states that he was born in Hope (Fryeburg) in Bienville Parish, lived in Minden, and served in the U. S. Navy during World War II.
