From the Files of Marguerite Cook Clark: Laura Louise Bryan

Laura Louise Bryan, described by her father as "our Texas baby," was born in Erath County, Texas on April 28, 1878. At age 6, this photo would have been taken in 1884 or 1885. This is the only photo I have seen of Laura Louise, daughter of Terrell and Harriett Bryan. It was sent from Texas to a family member in Bienville Parish, Louisiana and found in the files saved by the family of Marguerite Cook Clark.

Laura married William Harve Keith on
June 25, 1899. This marriage
announcement  was found in
Terrell Bryan's family bible.

of a second wedding announcement.
Three daughters were born to Laura and Harve Keith. The first daughter, born on September 12, 1900, died that day. This child’s grave can be found next to her mother’s grave at the West End Cemetery in Stephenville. Eddye Kathryn Keith was born in 1903 and daughter, Laura Louise, was born in 1905.

Laura Louise Bryan Keith died of typhoid in 1908.
