This Week in My Family Tree: August 11-17, 2013

On August 14, 1953, my husband was born. He will be 60. Happy Birthday Bill!
Harriet Albritton Bryan

Harriet Louisa Albritton Bryan, my great-grandmother, was born 177 years ago on August 15th. 

Catharine Amanda Bryan Watts, sister of Terrell Bryan - my great-grandfather, was born on August 17, 1834. 

DeRay Bryan
My great-great-great-grandfather, Joseph Regan, died 170 years ago, in North Carolina (Robeson County), on August 11th. 

John William Giddens, my great-great-grandfathers older brother, died on August 15, 1896 in Sampson County, North Carolina.

 My father's sister, Monte DeRay Bryan (Aunt DeeDee) died on August 16, 1987.
